AI-driven human genomics and computational biology
We are seeking 3-5 highly motivated Postdoctoral Fellows or Research Scientists to work at the interface of artificial intelligence, human genetics, and multi-omics.
- Develop deep learning methods, including GNNs, Transformers, diffusion models, foundation models, LLMs, and AI agents.
- Work with population-scale genomic and multi-omics data to interpret genome variation and advance therapeutic target discovery.
- Ideal for candidates with a PhD in computer science, AI, bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, or a related field.
- Access rich genomics, multi-omics, single-cell, and spatial datasets, supported by a dedicated GPU platform and HPC cluster.

- Work on AI models that turn genome variation into biological insight and new therapeutic target discovery.

- Suitable for students with training or strong interest in computer science, AI, bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, or related fields.
